When you use our booking or enquiry form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, the type of session you are interested in, your preferred dates, and anything you tell us about yourself or your family.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or by phone, we receive the contact details and messages you send through those services. Those platforms handle your data under their own privacy policies.

We also collect photographs taken during your session, and basic technical information your browser sends when you visit this website, such as your device type and pages viewed.

How we use your information

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, plan and deliver your session, arrange payment, send your finished images, and keep records of our bookings.

We may use session photographs in our portfolio, website, or social media only where you have given us permission to do so. You can withdraw that permission at any time and we will remove the images from our own channels.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Consent for photographs of children

Sessions often involve newborns and children. We only photograph a child with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and only a parent or guardian can give permission for those images to be shown publicly.

Storage, security, and retention

Enquiry details and session images are stored on secured, access-controlled systems. Some of these services may store data outside Nigeria; where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected to a comparable standard.

We keep enquiry records and images for as long as we need them for our business and legal records, and no longer than necessary. You may ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights
